Question 1 : Definition of business ethic and why business ethic is considered "oxymoron" ?

Business ethic is a something that when we operate the business we should not to do the thing that considered as violation of the law. Business ethic also known as corporate ethic. first we need to know what is business and what is ethic.

Business 

• Business is a transaction activity that the seller will get the money and the profit and the buyer will get the benefit from what they buy from the seller that called product or services. another definition is an organization involved in the trade of goods, services or both to the consumer.

Ethics

• Ethic is known as moral philosophy.
• a set of concepts and principles that guide us in determining what behavior helps or harms sentient creatures (Paul and Elder)

Business Ethic

• Business ethic is something that we need to do the right thing and behave in our business. For example, when the organization operate their business they do not to do something that againts the law like throw wasting product into the river, making environment pollution and selling something that can harm people like drug or firearm. an unethical business maybe can generate more profit to the seller. but it will cause danger to the people or environment.

oxymoron

• business ethic is considered as oxymoron is because an oxymoron is a figure of speech that combines two normally contradictory terms. It's two words, that when that mean opposite when used alone. So that is how business ethic is oxymoron like another words like pretty ugly and jumbo shrimp.

Question 2 : The Definition of Corporate governance
                   - market ethical product or services, like halal food and services.

Corporate Governance

• The system of rules, practices and processes by which a company is directed and controlled. The business dealing of corporate sector is directed and managed well. Corporate governance deals with the ways in which suppliers of finance to corporations assure themselves of getting a return on their investment.
